As restaurant manager, Marc proved to be an extremely polite host who was a master at creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. His friendly demeanor and attentive manner made the visit a special experience. He was always present to ensure all guests were comfortable and their needs were met. The service in the restaurant was simply fantastic. The entire team was professional, attentive and always friendly. Each course was served promptly and there was never a lack of attention to detail. It was clear that the staff took pride in providing first class service. The food was simply fantastic. Every dish demonstrated high quality and craftsmanship. The dishes were authentically prepared and offered a real taste of Swiss cuisine. Every bite was a delight, and it was clear that the kitchen placed great emphasis on the freshness and quality of the ingredients. Marc also recommended a wine to pair with our dishes, and his recommendation turned out to be absolutely spot on. The wine perfectly complemented the flavors of the food and helped make the evening a memorable dining experience. Overall, it was an excellent evening that we will certainly not forget. The combination of excellent service, fantastic food and Marc's warm hospitality made our visit to the Zollstube an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to coming back soon.
