The menu description for the Red Dragon Roll on our website was as follows: “Deep fried shrimp, crab meat, avocado, & cucumber – topped with tuna, teriyaki sauce, & house sauce”. While this roll isn’t typically torched, our chef was more than happy to torch it at your request. We also apologize for the missing sauce; we’ve since updated our menu description to ensure accuracy moving forward.
