Her husband not knowing that she was pregnant when he made the reservation so he did not stipulate this wonderful news, he had to adapt and recompose the menu even though the service was well advanced, of course I took a little delay but 1 hour of waiting between two courses is a bit excessive you had the service 5 courses in 2 hours with a crowded restaurant.... that's it I don't see what's doubtful.
