To earn a 1-star on this review, the harshest possible score, your experience must have been absolutely dreadful. Our entire staff work extremely hard to make sure everyone's order meets our high standards. I know the people who work in this store, and I cannot believe that they would do anything but give their best to ensure the meal you had was delicious, and served quickly and politely. Regarding portion sizes, I just responded to a customer who said our burritos are massive, and I know that I myself can barely finish a bowl because I'm stuffed full! So I want to investigate this further.
