I rarely write reviews, but today’s experience is absolutely worth sharing. I placed my order through the app as I was crossing Yonge & Bloor. By the time I arrived and found a seat, my food was already ready — all within about two minutes! However, when I received my order, I realized I had made a mistake. Instead of ordering two burgers and a kids’ meal, I accidentally ordered three burgers. The staff member in the blue shirt (Toli?) was incredibly helpful. He immediately placed an order for the kids’ meal at no charge. I even offered to give back the extra burger since it was my mistake, but they insisted on making it right and treated it as complimentary. I was already very satisfied at that point, but then I noticed a staff member walking around with a small basket offering condiments, extra napkins, and even wet wipes. I honestly had to double-check if I was dining in business class — that level of service is not what you expect from a fast-food restaurant. I eat at Shake Shack, Holy Chuck, Big Smoke, Popeyes, McDonald’s, A&W, and Timmies, but this Chick-fil-A location is on another level. I wanted to leave a big tip, but there was no tip jar and no option to tip in the app — so I’m leaving this review instead. Thank you for the outstanding service! I’m honestly so happy I found this place. I was already starting to lose hope in places like this in Toronto, but this one really gave me hope again. It’s night and day compared to McDonald’s — and the prices are more or less the same, maybe just a couple of dollars more, but it’s absolutely worth it. First of all, it’s very clean inside. There’s a McDonald’s nearby, and unfortunately I’ve been there — the difference is huge. Here, the staff clean the tables, wipe surfaces, mop the floors. There’s no bad smell, no trash lying around. The place feels calm and comfortable. Second, the staff. Everyone is friendly and smiling, and you actually feel welcome, which is sadly not very common these days. And the restroom — yes, the restroom deserves a separate mention. Just look at how clean it is. You can immediately tell the level of the place by that alone. I would honestly recommend stopping by even if you’re not planning to order anything. Just walk in, look around, then walk about 50 meters to the nearby McDonald’s and compare. The contrast speaks for itself. Definitely recommended. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
