We were regular customers, one day we made two kabob orders, when I picked up there was only one box, they lied and said both orders were in the box (5 pieces total for 26$???). Their menu also said that they give bread with the plate, they refused to honour their menu, though eventually I agreed to pay an extra 2$ for a piece of naan. The cashier then swore at me, saying f**k you* and s**k my c**k when I told him I was not happy with the service ( I did not swear and tried to remain civil as I’m being cheated) They are liars and cheaters even though they claim to be Muslim. Washrooms are filthy, god knows what’s inside their kitchen. Avoid at all costs !!!!

Stingy with Ingredients. The Raita (Spice-fused raita) was not even having a full body taste as all I could taste was the chick pea water coming from the canned chick peas (chana). The taste of freshness was absent since there was not even hari chutney (savory green chutney) was included, just pieces of coriander and white onions. There was no sweet and soury taste of tamarind sauce and the papri (Fried spice-seasoned crackers) tasted wrong.. It has no shahi jeera (black cumin) and enough salt to season the cracker batter.... Boiled tasteless potatos and chick peas is the base. I am an avid South Indian cusine eater. I really hope vegetarians do not make a mistake ordering a famous street food of South Asia like I did. I might as well make it at home...

A big let down for me... Sorry Kabana Restaurant, but you did not capture the heart of my Indian Spice craving foodie soul..
Please improve your vegetarian dish like this item as this comment is to help you guys push yourselves more to be good competitor on Desi Cusine.

Very Stingy on Ingredients for Chaat Papri. I ordered a chaat papri for take-out. The raita (spiced-infused yogurt) was not even there... I just tasted chick pea WATER from the canned chana (chick peas) they used for this chaat papri. Tasted horrible. There was no taste of green freshness from the hari chutney (green chutney) since it WAS NOT IN THE PAPRI. And I do not even taste the sour sweet tanginess of the tamarind sauce because that too WAS NOT IN THE PAPRI. I am very upset by the standards of quality was going to be served by me. They serve meat dishes a lot.. So I guess the chef who I believe was a male in the back prepping food does not how to make a tasty Chaat Papri dish. I might as well make chaat papri from scratch at home and make them taste my SHAHI RAJA CHAAT PAPRI. Because I seriously want every South Asian food restaurant to succeed and capture the hunger of the customers... Sadly.. They could not serve the nostalgic taste of street food of Mumbai and Dehli or Lahore or Karachi.

Advice: Vegetarians do not eat the chaat papri. It is a big let down. Even the papri (fried spiced crackers) was not seasoned well. It has no black cumin and enough salt...
