Visited the area because I had some appointments today and came across this restaurant. The minute I stepped in, was greeted by two staff members with big smiles. I purchased 2 types of laddoos, samosas and 2 lassies. The samosas were big and had a lot of meat in it compared to other stores or restaurants and tasted good. At first we were irritated that the lassies were taking too long but to see there was a mix up in the kitchen hence the delay. The manager / owner stepped in and made things right. For a small business, how you handled this situation was impressive. Everyone was friendly and polite and we loved both lassies (sweet & mango). It's the best we've had in over 8 years. Will come again when we visit the area. Need more welcoming interest from the serving staff; smile and offer to help at the display counter rather than just stand at the cash register. May,2022 - and lately the girls behind the counter are much more welcoming and service oriented. October 2024, pleasent staff lately, but of course all prices have increased. The pakora much less oily, good, but some veggie dishes still way to pungent for our westernized palates and goes to waste at our home. The curry of meat dishes is tasty but the meat a bit too hard and chewy. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Sunny and his team at New India Sweets & Restaurant scored a home run! I wanted the “WOW” factor for my daughter’s wedding events and I got it. It started with exceptional customer service, and excellent menu ideas followed by elegant décor suggestions for all my catering events. My events definitely had a "WOW" factor from linen, decor, food labels, beautiful copper chaffing dishes, and the list goes on.We received rave reviews from all our guests. Sunny and his team get a 10/10. Would I cater from them again, absolutely YES!
