Ne partez pas sans avoir essayé une glace cuite à la perfection. Un vin de maison délicieux rendra votre repas encore plus delicieux et vous fera surement revenir. Beaucoup de visiteurs commandent un frappe au chocolat immense.

Nous avons été servi par Julie, une sommelière québécoise qui a à cœur la satisfaction de ces clients. Elle nous a suggéré un excellent vin et nous avons essayé le menu dégustation. Sans regrets, c’était un choix avec beaucoup de saveurs et des procédés culinaires recherchés. Merci au chef de nous avoir permis un choix du chef sans poisson. Plusieurs petites attentions lors du service me permettent de dire que c’est ma meilleur expérience 2023!

En vacances à Banff, nous recommandons cette halte à Canmore. Une très belle expérience avec le menu dégustation. Tant pour les papilles que pour la gentillesse du personnel! Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
