I would give Sauvage more stars if I could. My husband and I went here for a special dinner the day after we got married. I can say without hesitation that this was the best dining experience I've ever had. The restaurant is beautiful and so whimsical! We did the hunter menu with all supplements and wine pairings. The flavours, presentation, and the concepts for each course are so unique and enjoyable. And the service was phenomenal! Hands down one of the best meals I have had! The atmosphere is like a whimsical fairy tree house (yes, there are mushrooms on the wall), the service is excellent and the food was incredible. Highlights included a mushroom kombucha to drink, venison (the most tender venison I’ve had), a scallop dish, and not one but two desserts. For non-drinkers, there is a “juice pairing” (think elevated juice). The dishes are far too creative to describe in a google review. Amazing meal for a special night. Thank you!
