The price/quality ratio is just a nightmare. 40 thousand dinner for two with a glass of the cheapest wine. The steaks are absolutely disgusting. You were seated at a table near the entrance where the hostess’s ass was practically on your plate. In general, the tables are 10 centimeters apart, so you can hear your neighbors’ conversation better than your partner opposite. If you want romance or at least some privacy in a conversation, under no circumstances should you come here. Micro-bedside tables, also known as tables, are issued strictly for two hours; being late by 10 minutes risks losing your reservation. The food is just terrible. We decided to go to the restaurant after the review by food critic Karimov, he described it as painfully delicious. We ordered a bottle of water, t-bon ~800g and a couple of side dishes. I’ll say right away that we were satisfied with the service; the service was from a girl who knew her stuff. But the food... the side dishes were generally good, especially the bone marrow puree. I didn’t feel the brain itself, but the puree was correct and tender. But damn... the meat itself. Of course, I understand everything, it is written that the author’s method of aging and all that, meat production in the Russian Federation. The meat was beautiful, but absolutely not tasty. It looked beautiful, again. But the taste is absolutely empty, bland, somehow indifferent, although the frying was correct... the complaint is not even about the repetitions, but about the raw material itself, it is clearly not premium in my understanding. Of course, this is not a Florentine steak on a T-shaped bone, but it costs 3600~ 100g!!! The final bill for 2 of them is 31,000 rubles. I think that it’s simply not worth it, because we came there specifically for a delicious steak.
