Overall, I like this restaurant chain. Yes, the prices are inflated, but this is the center plus traditional Serbian cuisine, so the pricing is understandable. But the service is disgusting. I decided to order a main course and wine. The waiter asked if I needed bread, but I refused. I know that the portions are large - and it’s more than enough for dinner. As a result, they bring me: wine, the ordered dish, salad (!!!) and bread (?). Well, ok, for some reason I thought that the salad was part of the dish, because 2 sad tomato slices and 3 cucumbers only brought up such thoughts. Counting time. I see that the salad is paid, about 500 din. Tasteless salad. Which they gave me silently, and for 500 din? I would rather order Shopski myself. I pay, and the waiter, without blinking an eye, offers to add another 10% to the bill as a tip (apparently, he grew the salad with his own hands and then cut it). Refused. I consider such an imposition incorrect. To suggest is ok, but to silently add is not ok. If you want to visit this chain, I recommend the restaurant in the Zvezdara area. This is where the comfort and soul are! And there is a Russian-speaking waiter who works there, very nice!
