I’ve tried several of their dishes, and every single one has been delicious. Even the drinks are tasty. I’ve been a repeat customer and they never fail to satisfy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is another local business gem. I do like to support the hard working owners of these neighbourhood businesses. This Vietnamese restaurant reminds me of Pho Ngoc Yen with their menu and drink options minus the alcoholic ones. But Yum’s Kitchen definitely stands out amongst Vietnamese restaurants because they offer a variety of freshly made to order Banh Mi sandwiches . How cool is this . The menu is refined and truly authentic Vietnamese cuisine . The service is polite and friendly. The food is well constructed and the flavour profiles are on point. The BBQ proteins are very tasty with a good char on them to up the flavour and taste . The menu is carefully laid out with the dishes perfectly chosen to offer and satisfy your cravings. They only accept cash or debit as an FYI. Please drop in and give them try and then let us know what your thoughts are . Happy eats everyone. We came here for dinner with some friends and my kid liked it so much he requested we come back the following day (and we did). The space is bright and spacious. Both days there was no waiting for a table, service was good. The first day we ordered the fried chicken and grilled chicken bao (the bao was very soft, meat was seasoned perfectly and went well with the pickled veg), beef stew noodles and beef stew banh mi (the stew was very flavourful and the portion was generous but the star was the bun, when you bite down on it, you get that crunch from the crust and then it was super soft in the inside, I could just eat the bun on its own), and the shrimp fresh roll (the roll was dry and a bit hard, there wasn't a lot of flavour). The second day we ordered more baos (grilled chicken, fried chicken, and five spice pork belly), Pho beef rib (the meat was incredibly tender and falls off the bone, the broth tasted clean), Grilled chicken on rice (the meat was very tender and juicy and delicious), and calamari (the squid was tender, however, I find the breading a bit thick). Overall we enjoyed the food and will definitely add Yum's kitchen in our rotation of restaurants.
