Excellente cuisine , pain fait maison, beurre battu et parfumé, (comme en Suède), une simple salade verte transformée en une douceur parfumé. Je ne me souviens pas d’avoir mangé une aussi excellente salade verte dans un restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner

The restaurant is located on the second floor of the StandArt Hotel, which explains why it opens early and is well known for serving an excellent breakfast. I visited during dinner hours, however, and found the menu equally impressive. The dishes were light yet satisfying, striking a nice balance between refinement and comfort. Service was excellent and attentive throughout. The hostess was very accommodating, and even the hotel lobby staff were pleasant and engaging. I tried several appetizers, all of which were well executed—particularly the salmon dish and the Kamchatka crab. For the mains, both the scallop and the duck were very good. Prices were reasonable, and the complimentary bread and butter were surprisingly good as well. Dining on a snowy evening while looking out the window added to the experience, creating a warm, cozy, and thoroughly enjoyable atmosphere.
