I have been a regular customer of Wild bowls. And my previous visits were all good and the employees were friendly and helpful. But my most recent visit today (09/05/2022 -between 9.30 and 10.30am), really disappointed me as I felt racially stereotyped by the two employees. I went and placed my order in English and the employee at the counter found it very difficult to understand and looked very confused with my order so he kept replying in German, so I then replied in German as well. After placing my order I went and sat down, then another customer came and placed his order in English, the same employee was then conversing in English and was taking the new customers order and even answering questions regarding the order. Then after my order was ready, the employees just kept my order on the counter and didn't even notify my that the order was ready. While the new customer that I mentioned about had his order and cutlery brought straight to the table by the employees, while I had to go pick up my order from the counter.The management should really teach all employees to treat all customers the same regardless of skin colour. As this type of behaviour tarnishes the image of wild bowls and in a multi cultural and international city like Zurich, having to face this type of situation is ridiculous.Wild bowls have lost a loyal customer.
