My co-workers went to the WaterMark restaurant for a Summerlicious lunch. The WaterMark restaurant is located on the top floor of the Radisson Hotel. There were 12 of us and when we got there, the restaurant was not crowded. We were given an option of dining inside or outside in the patio near the pool. We decided to eat outside. The staff was friendly and accommodated our large group in setting up for tables. I ordered the flatbread for my appetizer, fish and chips for my main and the ice cream sandwich. The food was very good and tasty. Everybody were happy with their food. Some ordered the hamburger as their main and the hamburgers were huge. We were happy with this restaurant with our Summerlicious lunch.
