Awful service. Owner lied and pretended they don't put tomatoes in the RokBoxes anymore after I asked for "extra tomatoes". Said tomatoes and garlic sauce now cost extra, and refused to put any in my RokBox. Before I get a response to this review asking me to email them... I already messaged the company on their website and they didn't respond. Respond to that message first. Service: 1

1st They did not give me bill . I asked twice , then with rude eyes the staff gives the bill 2nd The Chicken Super Shawarma was really not super at all and was normal size, we had same at other Villa Madina and it was great size 3rd Basic cooking was not done , like roll/wrap of shawarma was kept given uncooked and cold 4th There is a signup thing kept for display, You signup and get a Rokbox free as signup bonus, i did signupxl, got a mail for signup , when shown to the staff, they rudely said , you did that online , go get it online. Pathetic experience and waste of money and time Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
