Viet Thai kitchen is an absolute gem! They serve the best Pad Thai and Pho in the city—hands down. The Pad Thai is perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of sweetness and spice, and the noodles are always cooked to perfection. As for the Pho, it’s incredibly flavorful, with a rich, aromatic broth and generous portions of meat and fresh herbs. Every spoonful is pure comfort! The atmosphere is cozy, and the family owned staff are warm and welcoming, making the dining experience even better. If you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine, this place is a must-visit! Friends love this place and have been a number of times. The owners are lovely friendly people. They and my partner were quite happy with the food they ordered. l chose the lemongrass chicken and it was a very generous portion but l don’t think the chicken was freshly grilled to fill my order. I was disappointed.
