This place far passes great customer service. Always friendly, with a smile. And not that fake smile, the one you know that they would rather be elsewhere. Truly enjoying, coming to this location in Whitby Service: Takeaway Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Morning staff is amazing! But don’t go there past 3pm or you will get very slow service and gross food very very slow tim hortons in the afternoon Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give 0 stars I would . family of mice in the drive thru, wrong order 99.9% of the time , rude staff and will take 20+ mins even if there is only 2 people in the store , the morning staff is much better , quick efficient. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
