The girl that was talking at the front in drive-thru had so much attitude. And when I asked for extra butter after checking the bag, she gave me a hard time with that as well. She proceeded to tell me that she put one butter in the bag (who said when was enough), which it really wasn't enough. On top of that she stabbed a fork into my biscuit, impacted in the bag so sloppy. The customer service has gone down completely in that department. I'm not understanding why Tim Hortons continues to hire people with such an attitude. The packing of the bag was horrible, and the people with the intercom have so much attitude. I have pictures and and I'm just so disappointed. I also did not receive my points when I try to scan my QR code. Highly disappointed. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Coffee and Donuts, Soup of the Day
