Very very slow even when you order ahead, give them 15minutes. Only 2 staff working after 5pm weekdays. 6 people in line. Plus mobile order pick ups. Try any of the other coffee shops around there unless you like waiting 10 minutes or more. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I was at the Tim Hortons and made an order for two craveabel chicken sandwiches. When I got my food, I only got one. When I went to the lady and told her, she felt really bad and said that she would make one quickly. About ten minutes later, I went up to her and asked how long it would be, she said it would be a minute or two. When the lady had three on the counter, I asked if one of them was for me, she said yes, then she proceeded to put it in another customers bag. When I asked the lady again, she said sorry and she was going to make me another one. Guess what, she never did. When I asked for a refund, she said maybe I could wait another minute, I said no because I have already waited about 20 minutes. When I said that, she said she had to get her manager to issue the 6 dollar refund. About 5 minutes later, I got the refund and left. Please save yourself and your time and do not go to this Tim Hortons. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Chocolate Donuts
