Easily the worst Tims I’ve ever been. And I’m saying this not based on a single but multiple experiences. This is the major Tim’s outlet with a drive-thru closest to my home so I’ve been here many times. Most of the time they are out of everything by early evening. Drive-thru operators can’t communicate properly and they have no idea of the inventory. You order something and they will tell you they’re out of it 9 out of 10 times that too after a minute or so or sometime even when you drive up to the window. How can you be out of everything (I’ve experience of literally asking for at least five items one after another)? If you’re out of food then just shut the door and turn the light off. I won’t blame it on the overworked underpaid international student workers but the manager needs to be fired Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I approach the drive through speaker system to be greeted with a confused “hi” from the employee, I respond back with hello, only for them to tell me to please wait. Quite a confusing interaction but not the main issue. I tell them I have a mobile order, and they tell me to approach to window, and I do exactly that. Again, I’m greeting with a confused employee as they hardly greet me, giving me a blank stare, and then asks “mobile order?”. I say yes only for the employee to give me 2 items of my order out of the 4 items that I ordered. (I ordered a medium orange pekoe tea with 2 cream, a fudge brownie latte medium, an Apple fritter, and a farmer’s breakfast sausage wrap) I try clarifying that I still need my two other items, which was the tea and fudge latte, and the employee only handed me the latte. Again, I’m faced with complete utter confusion as the employee stares at me blankly, thanking me for coming. I’m trying to clarify that I need my other drink, and the employee is struggling to understand that the drink in front of him is the one that I ordered. He asks me “tea with two cream?” And I say yes as I’m getting impatient with this incompetent service. This whole process was extremely frustrating to go through, such a simple system (I order the food, I pay for the food, and I receive the food) and yet the employee struggled so much to follow through with this. This is not the first time I encounter something like this at this specific location. I’m not sure what is wrong with the employees, let alone the management. I don’t know how management can let the place be run like this, this is the last time I’ll visit this location and the last time I’ll be purchasing something from Tim Hortons.
