Thank you for the extra ingredients in my iced capp this morning I don’t even know how this is possible I wish the workers were friendlier in the morning. The workers just talk to their coworkers and stick the machine in your window without as much as a hi and then almost throw the food in your car they seem in such a rush. I’ve had plenty of drive thru experiences here where they don’t say a single word. One of which had me paying for the wrong order. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2

Went through the drive thru and forgot to place order at intercom, when I got to the cashier the guy there was about to help me and then the lady who seemed to be the supervisor just cut him off and asked me to drive around again. I work in the same parking lot as this Tim's Store. The lady who cut the guy off has cashed me multiple times at the same drive-thru, and this is the first time I got distracted and drove past the intercom. I was already late to work, and also feeling unwell due to my Sinues. I also work in customer service, and it's not about just taking an order and collecting payments. It's the interaction, the human kindness that makes a difference. There was only one car behind me. And probably if she had used a friendlier tone I would not have felt so offended. Well, I'm not going back there , I prefer to drive across to the Macdonald in the next Plaza. Left a very bad feeling to the start of my morning.

I travel a lot. This Tim Hortons has always given good service and is clean. The staff is pleasant and friendly despite having to put up with customers who come in day after day to only order coffee and sit for hours using the wifi while having their volume turned up loudly watching videos or playing games. Despite closing at 11 pm., they will hang out until exactly 11 pm or a couple of minutes after. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
