I absolutely love MARK AND HIS TEAM! 10/10 he creates such a wonderful warm and great experience! I have allergies and food restrictions and he always greets me with a smile making sure the entire food is made so I am okay without an allergic reaction. He has worked hard to curate the best place possible and i truly feel this is one of the best spots and Edo Japans ever. If you go ask for Mark and tell him Jay sent you! Thank you to the amazing chefs on site and the staff - I really also like Mary she's so friendly kind attentive front house staff. Some more details - he cooks the food great, treats you with respect, is SO PROFESSIONAL and his staff are so amazing!!!! He really runs the operation so great and I hope he gets a raise.:) The chefs are soooo sweet and they make the food so good! Guys the food here is AMAZING! I've spent probably at least $500 at this place! I keep ordering bahaha The original hot chili sauce is back - its a YES for me! Thank you Mark for the amazing experience. I loved the service by Mark and would go again.
