Une expérience toute en délicatesse, le menu était surprenant et toujours très subtil. Le chef a réussi à me faire aimer des produits que je n’apprécie habituellement pas. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Accord mets-boissons non alcoolisée très savoureux également. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €100+

Finally ticked The Jane off my list. Stunning venue and interiors. I went for a full pescatarian 12 course menu. Food was next level, both taste and presentation. However, the staff made mistakes a few times telling me the sauces contained meat when they didn’t (cause I’d requested). I guess it’s just knowing the dishes by heart and not thinking. All the staff were super friendly..not a stiff atmosphere at all. I thought there were unnecessary many waiters serving our table. Can get confusing. Wine pairing was alright but not great. I liked only 2 out of 6 wines but I guess that’s just taste. I got too full towards the end. Had to cancel my cheese platter and dessert- just no room in my tummy. Dishes were light but filling. Having to pay for the water in a place where 2 dine for 1k was just wrong. I advise the management to make the water complimentary-be a bit more sensible. Overall truly impressive experience with some small remarks. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
