We were a large group yesterday at The Bull restaurant on Nametkina. The food is a C grade, nothing special, the cocktails contain only ice, there is literally no alcohol at all. There is no music in the hall at all, you sit as if in a dining room. Most of all I was outraged by the service regarding the issue of paying the check. The waiter Anton said that you can pay using the quar code, which was done: the amount of the check and the tip were written off. We left, and an hour later the waiter called me on my mobile (note, it was about 12 at night!) and said that we allegedly did not pay an additional 900 rubles. I sent him a print screen showing the amount debited, he replied that he would check with the Kleek payment service and return. The next day he wrote to me that I still needed to pay another 900 rubles, allegedly the tip was not paid! To which I replied that the payment was made using the quar code, which he gave us, that the amount was debited automatically and we did not enter the amount manually. That is, the restaurant manager or the Kleek system considered something wrong, and then the restaurant employees call and present claims to customers about underpayment! I am extremely outraged by this attitude and this is the first time I have encountered such a situation! Don't go to this restaurant, it's not worth it.
