Tershane Karaköy in Istanbul provided the best dining experience I’ve had in the city. The food was extraordinary. I began with the Zahter Salatasi, which was a delightful surprise and an amazing blend of flavors. For the main course, we had the Ali Nazak, Kuzu Ciger Siste, and Kuzu Taraklink, with the latter being the standout—truly the best lamb I’ve ever tasted. Each dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Mustafa, our host, was exceptional, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a fantastic experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Istanbul. You need to book in advance!!!!
