On vous recommande fortement de visiter Fort Saint Angelo et Terrone. Tous les invités adorent la superbe cuisine méditerranéenne de ce restaurant. Le secret de la réussite de Terrone est un thon cuit à la perfection. Un gâteau aux fruits délectable est le plat le plus savoureux. Vous apprecierez un vin délicieux dans ce lieu. Bien que le cadre soit très beau, le service est correct mais sans plus (entrées servies sans les boissons). Énorme déception sur les entrées et plats. Hors de prix pour la qualité (16€ verre de vin, 20/25€ entrée, 30€ plat) loin d’être au rendez vous. Spaghetti encre de seiche servis presque froid et très salé, poisson cru à peine assaisonné, plats soit trop secs ou trop salés. Très très déçus !

Michelin Guide followers beware — Having dined at several decorated starred establishments, I rely on Bib Gourmand restaurants to deliver quality everyday meals, and this was how I discovered Terrone over 3 years ago. I have since dined there several times and have found the food to be as expected and generally very good. Unfortunately I dined there this evening and the food fell far below the usual standard; so much so that I asked our waitress if the restaurant had changed ownership. She told us it’s the same owner but that it was the sous chef cooking this evening. I have difficulty in accepting that as an excuse for such a drop in quality. Our dishes were exceptionally salty across the board to the point of not being able to finish a pasta dish. Tortilloni filled with a creme of rockfish and seafood contained several large bones. The restaurant is known for fish: the amberjack was extremely overcooked, dry and too salty, with 1cm thick fillet slices seared and caramelised on all 4 sides yielding a lovely colour but completely ruining the fish. I would imagine this is down to a pre-determined portion weight governing thickness and its cookery not being properly adjusted. My partner ate a mixed fish and seafood grill main course which included another portion of overcooked amberjack, rather more charred than mine, as well as 2 king prawns with large digestive tracts present. This is not acceptable for a restaurant of this level, nor of a dish costing €38. The pavlova meringue was too sweet and cloy — to be easily forgiven if the rest of the meal were up to standard. We gave some feedback in a gentle and kind way stating effusively that our prior experience had been so wonderful. We were not offered any remedy or acknowledgement from a manager of our experience. The bill came to €215 which is a modest amount for a fine dining venue however I would advise you to spend your money elsewhere. I sadly will not be returning. It is possible to be discerning without coming across as arrogant and fussy. Unfortunately you are yet to master this. The table wasn't to your liking, the wine list wasn't to your liking, the menu wasn't to your liking. You insisted on ordering an off menu item and then complained about how it too was not to your liking. Prawns grilled in the shell will have the vein present...Meringue is literally sugar and egg whites IT IS SWEET!! Considering everything was terrible, you ate it all...
