Was here on Saturday night 7pm with a party of 4. Plenty of seats available. Clean space + good lighting Wooden decor. Server was very attentive with service and was really kind. There is a tablet on the table to order food + call server for refill water needs/food etc, really cool The udon dishes was incredible, however the spicy Rosé udon was *really* spicy so be warned . Also absolutely in LOVE with chawanmushi and their pumpkin soup. Both are so decadent, flavorful, and leaves you wanting for more 5/5 Tendon dishes is also good, really enjoyed the pumpkins and the runny egg. Tempuras was crispy and light. I do think the best part was the soy sauce to go with the dishes, it's really flavorful. 4.4/5 Wanted to try the Hokkaido desserts but it was unfortunately not available at the time. Overall super satisfied with my visit and I would definitely come back or visit other franchises! I thought I’d enjoy a nice meal since it had been such a long time since I last visited this place. The first dish, pumpkin porridge, arrived, and the moment I took a one spoonful, I knew it had gone bad. It was hot but had an overwhelmingly sour taste. I immediately pointed it out, and they replaced it with a fresh one, which was fine. However, eating spoiled food had already ruined my mood. I moved on to the other dishes. The pork cutlet was over-fried and extremely hard, and the other fried items smelled strongly of old oil, as if everything was fried in the same batch of oil as the pork cutlet. The vegetable salad was watery, with barely any dressing, and the cabbage was literally dripping with water. I don’t know if everything has changed because it’s been so long since my last visit, but I don’t think I’ll ever go back. To make matters worse, I introduced this place to my friend, and I feel so sorry for doing so. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
