Tried the Alaska Roll, Red Dragon Roll (spicy), plus the California Roll and Dynamite Roll. All were delicious. Staff were helpful and food was ready in short order. Not a lot of seats here, but it was quiet after 8pm and they do take-out. Definitely recommend it to others. This place is so good that I want to gatekeep it but a girls gotta share!! As students, this is literally our new favourite sushi place in all of the greater Vancouver area. We’ve tried an assortment of rolls and they’ve all been absolutely out of this world delicious!! Not only is Salmon Wave affordable, the staff are SO lovely and the hours are incredible (especially for students in the area it’s a great place to study or fulfil evening cravings!!) I’d easily recommend salmon wave to anyone!!
