Exceptional Service! Like many, Tashas is a staple and we have visited various branches BUT Tashas Mall of Africa never disappoints. Upon this visit I was sharing a meal and the food was portioned according without me even asking (2 separate dishes). Food quality was top-notch! had a bulk order for my clients on the 20th Feb and lost the receipt that i had to use for an expense claim. Sibo was the best with assisting me on getting a copy emailed back to me & made a follow up call to check if received. had a food complaint and was assisted by Manager Steve. His customer service skills are exceptional. Food was replaced with excellent quality and he was very calm and comforting. managed to calm the situation and fix the issue . Great work Steve.
