Food was good but the service is awful. Maybe it’s because I don’t speak Russian.. The door/coat man clearly doesn’t speak any English but is he incapable of understanding a simple body gesture of wanting to get my coat hanged? He rudely dismissed me and when I gesture again he started yelling and send me inside without my coat hanged. In the end still no one offered to hang my coat and I had to hang it myself on my chair. Also my server brought all my food all at once to my table?!!!! And 2 minutes later the dessert came too…. I don’t know what to say… Just telling me to eat fast I guess? Language is definitely a factor but there’s no one should be rushed and treated this way at a restaurant. Also one funny thing is that when I first came in the host lady asked if need a Chinese menu. I said “English menu please” lady looks me in disbelief like there can’t be an Asian person that speaks English??! So far out of all the countries I have been to in Europe. Russia is the most racist country for me and today’s experience wasn’t helping…. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₽4,000–5,000

A visit to the Tehnikum restaurant on Bolshaya Dmitrovka in Moscow left a pleasant impression. The stylish interior creates a cozy atmosphere, and comfortable furniture ensures convenience for all guests. The menu offers a variety of dishes with an emphasis on European cuisine. I would especially like to note the quality of the prepared dishes - everything was fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff is attentive and helpful, helping with the selection of drinks and snacks. Prices are slightly above average, but correspond to the level of service. I recommend this restaurant for special occasions and romantic dinners.
