As explained, tonight was a themed evening with a very particular gin. Everything had been designed to offer a high quality service - as always, but tonight in particular we had as a guest the bartender owner of this "magical" gin distilled in London, who created your drink in front of you, after having discussed your tastes with you. An ad hoc service which, I assure you, is difficult to find, but we are aware that not everyone is able to appreciate it. It must be said, however, that the prices of his drinks (designed for the evening) are explained on the counter, as are our classics (average cost €6). We're sorry you had second thoughts about what you chose and it was made for you. I would also add that, as can happen, if you had brought the problem to our attention we would have solved it without any kind of doubt. We would have gladly offered you a second drink, but after your name, we can say that we are happy to distance ourselves from an uncourteous clientele. For us our work is a passion, it is making people feel good, it is creating harmony with others to identify their tastes and whet their palate, it is having fun together on a quality food and wine journey.
