We placed a Uber eats order at this restaurant recently. We ordered a large tray of sushi and about 5 different dishes (udon, teriyaki chicken, etc.) at about 6:30 on a Friday night. Soon after ordering, we received a message that they couldnt fill our order as they ran out of ingredients. We called the restaurant directly, and that's what they kept telling us.... they ran out of ingredients. I've never heard of that at a restaurant, especially since we ordered a variety of items. Not impressed and won't be ordering from there again. Poor customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Service: Delivery

Usually I'm only here for sushi which tastes fine. This time, I tried the Tonkotsu ramen. The waitress made an error in the order and was unapologetic about it. After getting the correct meal, I found the broth was decent, the noodles were passable and the meat was extremely thinly cut and not very plentiful. It's a letdown if you've tried somewhere like Danbo. We are especially sorry that our staff did not properly apologize at the time — please allow us to extend our apology to you now. After becoming aware of this issue, we have provided additional training to our team to clearly distinguish between Tonkotsu and Donkatsu (pork katsu) when taking orders, so this does not happen again in the future.
