Our chicken teriyaki is popular for crispy texture, and it is on the pan not the fried. If you don't want our original texture, we can offer softer texture teriyaki. Also, we do not put soy sauce with teriyaki since teriyaki do not need the soy sauce, so we are not sure why the soy sauce were in your container. Additionally, we never save the money for the bag which using for customers, and I am not sure why you did not get the bag for your teriyaki. We promise we will make sure to ask all customers if they need bag for carry on. (+for your correct information, our teriyaki is $3-$4 cheaper than other local sushi restaurants, so we are not agree your mention of "greedy owner and expensive prices.)
