An older couple in front of me were being rude to the employee, but unfortunately, afterwards the worker seemed to take his frustration out on us, even though we had absolutely nothing to do with it. He purposely overcooked and burned our food, and I also noticed he microwaved another customer’s food for two full minutes until it burned. He made our sandwich very aggressively, dumping nearly half a bottle of sauce on it, which made it soggy and unpleasant. When I looked at him, he asked “Is that good? Is that good?” in a mocking, sarcastic tone, which felt very disrespectful and uncomfortable. The employee was a brown male wearing glasses, slightly chubbier build. There were two men working at the time, but he was the one fitting that description. There is no reason to treat polite customers this way. We did nothing wrong and were left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately so other customers don’t experience the same treatment. very poor servise I think the girl who was making our sandwiches as forced to work here. As I can see, she has no way to have any customer at that subway, no welcoming attitude just acting like a machine. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
