My order was cancelled because the store claimed they don’t accept promotional coupons, even though the app clearly showed it as a participating location. The customer service was extremely poor and the staff spoke very rudely. Very disappointed with the experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I places a mobile order and picked up after 10 min. The sub i ordered comes with 2X cheese and alot of veggies and i added some extra as well. When i got my sub just got cucumber and onions on that didn’t get lettuce, tomato, not even a single slice of cheese. I went back to store and asked them to fix my order and the guy (employee) at the store started explaining me how their mobile order work and i told him all i want is my order made the way i explained on the receipt and he said i can’t make you another sub that not how it works. I asked for manager he called his manager and the manager didn’t even resolve the issue and just give me a a random number to call. I don’t wanna call anyone all i want is another sub with all the things i want, i asked them to keep the one i had i haven’t even took a single bite from my sub he said no i can’t make a new one. Such a poor management and if they make mistakes they don’t fix it either and try to argue with you. Save your time and money and go to another place. I order the footlong veggie patty through app bevause i have an offer of 50% . Wheni reached the store to pickup my order she gave me 6". I said i order the footlong and she told me our manager refuse to give to anybody the dicounted things. Itynot my fault if i have an offer i definately used it. She is very rude and she denied to give me the manager name and her name. I am totally frustrated on that time .I recommend do go their if you want subway. That store is bullshit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
