I came to order 2 subway foot long series with coupons. When it was time to pay, I told the employee that I had the $3 off coupons and asked her if she applied them to 2 of the subways I ordered. She said yes so I paid thinking she did apply them to both orders. I looked at the receipt and only 1 order was discounted. I told her this and she asked for her manager’s opinion what to do. The “manager” then told me that I could only apply one coupon to one order and I told her that I had 2 coupons (showing proof). I then asked if I can get a refund and start the order all over with 2 of my subways discounted. She declined making excuses that because I used a coupon, I can no longer get a refund and some shit and that I should do that next time. As someone who used to work from the fast food industry, I know for sure you can refund. This is bullshit. Left without even correcting the error they made. Poor customer service.
