Les clients apprécient la vue de Casa della Memoria et réservent une table ici pour un bon repas. Where to start...my two friends and I came friday night and restaurant was more than half empty. First we waited for the waiter to take our orders for 10 to 15 minutes, and we just took one dish each, one antipasti octopus with purple chips, vellutata and crema di pecorino which was the most expensive, and two primi piatti, ravioli with gamberi and sauce and pasta with sea urchin. Overall, food wasn't bad, It was okay, but for the price not worth it. The worst part is that we waited for our food for more than an hour while other 5 tables got their food twice, antipasti and primi or whatever they ordered, while we were waiting for our only meal. No one came to inform us when our food will come or even apologise for waiting, not offering us a complementary drink or something else to eat besides few pieces of bread and grisini that we ate in first 10 minutes because we were starving. After almost hour and a half we got our food, ate it in 5 minutes and left. They charged us full bill until we realised that the octopus my friend got wasn't even completed as it supposed to be (you can see on the picture our octopus without nothing and how it usually looks). We complained and got 12 euros back out of 90 euros bill. And still, no apologies until we complained about the dish and waiting. We were told in the end that this is an exception because one of their cook was sick, but it is inexcusable for the service we got and not offered a complementary drink or reduced price at least. I never write a bad review, but this was the worst restaurant experience i had, and this comes from someone who worked in a restaurant and knows what good food and service are. Buonasera, Chiediamo scusa per il poco interesse nei confronti del vostro tavolo. Purtroppo confermo che abbiamo “pagato” il prezzo per l’assenza del personale in cucina, varie malattie hanno ridotto l’organico in maniera drastica. Purtroppo una realtà piccola come la nostra fatica a sostituire e trovare in tempi rapidi validi sostituti. Questa ovviamente non è una giustificazione semplicemente una spiegazione. Spero che lei possa ritornare per darci una seconda possibilità e ricredersi sul nostro modo di lavorare e accogliere il cliente. Ci scusiamo ancora per avervi fatto passare una serata non piacevole. 1h45 wait for the dishes. Tasteless and bland dishes. The tartare and carpaccio with almost no seasoning, a prawn millefeuille that wasn't one, the worst risotto I've ever eaten. Perfect ! I have been going to Stravagario Bistrot for a few years now and I can only confirm the high quality of the meat and fish dishes, as well as the main courses and desserts. All very very good, well cooked, well presented and well served! The staff were excellent, attentive, fast and polite. The owner very attentive and helpful. So with the furniture also pleasant, I can only define it as Perfect! Well done guys! And every person sent confirmed to me that they had a great time! Well done! Don't change anything!!!
