Had a wonderful dining experience at Sinaloa! Olimpia, the manager, really stood out with her friendly and welcoming attitude. She was super helpful in explaining the menu and made great suggestions when we couldn’t decide. You can tell she knows her stuff and genuinely cares about the guests. I’ve been to Sinaloa for a long time now, as my local one is the one in Woodbridge. I was downtown one day and just wandering around and I saw they had one opened in Kensington! It was a weird hour and the restaurant was quiet. I walked in with my partner and they were very accommodating. We ordered the birria bowl to share and 2 rolls. My partner has never tried birria so I was excited for him to try it here as you guys make it sooo good. Not heavily greasy and really hearty. He loved it :) then I felt a little glutinous (lol) and we got a tres leches cake. Thing thing was 2 pounds at least LOL. Incredible taste. Thanks guys! Ps, love the fact you guys play cartoons on the tv, we loved watching pink panther!!
