Very disappointed. As a years-long, royal customer since the first time I move to the Netherlands and moving between cities in the Netherlands, when I finally trying to use the stickers I have collected in the past years, to buy a 50 euro gift for a friend, I think I am not being treated with respect. Suddenly all rules appears: we only use the collecting card from my own shop; we don’t use them in different shops; you cannot combine stickers from 2 different shops. You can only use one card at one time. You can only use it in timely wise…because we don’t know you. Okay. This is my last time to visit any Simon Levelt. I am sorry for the disappearing of the independent shops, but if this is the way you treat your royal customer, good luck with your business. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Honestly the worst experiences i’ve ever had anywhere was in this coffee shop. The man working here has been so unkind and unfriendly. After having one bad experience I assumed everyone can have a bad day. I wanted to be the better person and I kept going. But it keeps happening and I keep leaving the store feeling terrible. First of all, mister from the shop if you read this: I don’t know what your circumstances are and why you feel the need to externalize your unhappyness, but I do hope you’ll get the help you need.
