Popped in here on a Monday night. Place was packed but the staff accommodated us in the back within minutes. Great ambiance and lotsa kitsch to look at. Drinks had a great presentation and prices were not unusually high. Had a mystery bowl (shareable drink) and thought it was quite nice and presented with fun fanfare! Next time we're in town we'll be sure to stop in and make a reservation to sit in the main front area where most of the action is centered. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would highly recommend making a reservation. We didn’t make one, but were lucky enough to get a table. The drinks are delicious, the tacos are great, and the atmosphere was so fun. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tacos

I'm absolutely livid about my experience at the Shameful Tiki Room. Let me tell you, it was my mom's birthday, and they managed to ruin the whole celebration. First off, the food they served was ice-cold – completely unacceptable. Not to mention, the service was incredibly slow, and the staff were unbelievably rude. I couldn't believe the lack of care and respect they showed towards us. It's like they didn't even want us there. On such a special occasion, being treated so poorly is beyond disappointing. I have never felt so disrespected and unappreciated in a restaurant before. After this terrible experience, I can say with certainty that I will never set foot in the Shameful Tiki Room again. I have zero respect for their establishment and would not recommend it to anyone. It's a shame that they have such a disregard for their customers' experience. My mom's birthday celebration was completely ruined, and I am utterly disgusted by the way we were treated. Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
