I was excited to learn there was a ramen place in union as there aren't many where I live. But I was saddened to learn that there was only one option for vegetarians and ppl who don't eat pork, and that option doesn't even have broth! (I understand as the broth is made from pork) I am sure it is very tasty, as others seem to love it. I'm just quite disappointed for lack of options. I would even take vegetable stock or chicken stock on the noodles! The sauce they used on the vegetarian ramen I actually wasn't really a fan of, but that is probably my own personal taste. I would love to rate it higher. Perhaps adding a chicken option would be cool too? Vegetarian options: There is only one vegetarian option and it is just the noodles without the soup. There is a sauce but I wasn't a fan of it. Dietary restrictions: If you don't eat pork there is only one option and it's the vegetarian option.
