I chose to celebrate my birthday at Rositas because it has become one of my favorite places since I moved to the Netherlands. My friends and I visit regularly at least once or twice a month to spend time together. That is why I decided to celebrate my first birthday here. The reservation process and overall organization went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere that evening. However, I was very disappointed with how a particular situation was handled. One of my friends gifted me a bouquet of 51 roses and kindly asked the staff to keep the flowers while we were dining. Unfortunately, we completely forgot to take the bouquet with us when we left. The following day, I contacted the restaurant to ask whether they were open and if the flowers were still there. I was informed that they were open, so I assumed everything would be fine. When I went back to the restaurant, a staff member tried to look for the flowers but said he could not find them and that he would ask his colleagues. He requested my contact number, which I provided. While I was writing down my number, he commented, “It’s not smart to leave your things behind.” I found this remark unnecessary and inappropriate, as it felt like I was being blamed. I was not accusing anyone; I simply wanted to inquire about the flowers, especially since a favor had been asked to keep them safely while we were dining. What disappointed me most was that I never received any follow-up message or update. Even a simple message informing me that the flowers could not be located would have been appreciated. A lack of communication and empathy made the experience feel disrespectful. The food and drinks are good, and we have always enjoyed our visits. However, I believe there is room for improvement when it comes to customer service and showing empathy toward guests. Price per person: €40–50 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Prima restaurant. Genoeg variatie op de menukaart voor verschillende wensen. Gezellige sfeer, supervriendelijk personeel en erg lekker gegeten. Alles was uitstekend. Hier komen we zeker terug.
