I ordered a chai tea latte and a red velvet cupcake, and both were really disappointing. The chai latte didn’t taste anything like chai at all—just a terrible, off flavor. The red velvet cupcake was clearly old. You could see and taste that it wasn’t fresh, and it was hard as a rock. Honestly, it was a waste of money. I expected much better quality. Would not recommend based on this experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Whenever you are going there to try something unique, they are always out of stock for almost everything. I am not complaining about taste but they never pick up the call, they never update hours of operation, anytime of the day the close and on google hours of operation they says its open, so you are just paying them a visit in this bad weather. Its been 3rd time i have been to the restaurant and its close, and i always make sure to call before going so that i dont have to waste my time but guess what they never pick up the call. So in short if you are planning to go there at least make sure they are open. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

My daughter and I decided to have brunch at this lovely establishment. The first impression when entering Rose Cafe was, it's so stunningly beautiful, swans, a tree, pink everywhere, the tables were made with flowers inside them. We ordered chicken & waffles, iced americano, pancakes with pistachio drizzle on them, a peppermint mocha (whipped cream & candy cane sprinkles). Everything tasted amazing, Thank you to Miss Lopez for the beautifully designed dishes and for her sweet smile. You made us feel so welcomed. I highly recommend eating here, if you like a fancy tea party like experience.
