YOU DON'T WRITE CHEF IN VAIN On February 14th I booked at this restaurant at 8.30am, fixed menu with starter, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert, price €45 including drinks. The price could be reasonable if only the expectations and the quality of the ingredients were respected. Very long service times, we finished dinner at 1, only because the "Chef" was waiting for all the guests to finish before continuing with the next course. starters of questionable quality, with tuna of terrible quality and ingredients transcribed on the menu that did not arrive on the plate. First courses, a raw risotto and heart-shaped ravioli "packaged" with a terrible filling. According to an unidentified person, it is described as "fish fillet" in fairy paper and gratin scampi, all without any flavour. Strawberries with orange, where is the seasonality? CAKE WITH SOFT HEART, the only semi-decent dish because it is elementary. MENU WRITTEN IN A COMPLEX MANNER, WITH ERRORS SUCH AS THE REPETITION OF INGREDIENTS (all the first ones with buffalo cheese) but little substance.
