For your group meals and especially if you have time constraints, do not hesitate to book in advance by providing us with your menu, so you will be less exposed to this type of hazard. Concerning your Bolognese pizza, I would like to point out that Del Arte creates and develops its own recipes. However, for food safety reasons and in order to be able to offer similar product quality across all Del Arte restaurants, we may have to source frozen products. This also allows us to reduce the risk of food waste, which is a major concern in our restaurants. However, we pay great attention to the quality of the selected products. We are therefore sorry to learn of your disappointment, especially as our recipe has not changed recently. Finally, know that GOOGLE also accepts positive reviews when things go well, which remains the case for the vast majority of the approximately 80,000 dishes (excluding starters and desserts) that we served this year on site or to take away.
