This review is about the afternoon tea, not regular dinner. Before starting the actual afternoon tea experience, we were offered the house cocktail, which I took, while my wife decided to go with a glass of prosecco. The finger sandwiches were heavenly. Scones were a little different from what you'd have in England, and we had to ask for some butter (no cream available), but still quite good. A nice choice of pastries concluded it. The tea was excellent as well. The restaurant was very quiet (afternoon tea is only offered from noon to 4 pm), and we truly enjoyed the world-class service from our waiter. All in all a delightful experience, which felt like luxury but at a price that remained very reasonable. I definitely recommend this. The food was bland and quite oily. The service staff, without waiting until they left, took the cutlery and without even wiping it, put it in a drawer for laying the next tables. Needless to say, I touched the utensils with my hands for example, which is unhygienic to serve to future customers. And the best thing is that it was not the waitress, but the elder of the day who did it. Well, the second time we will not come here. Because I also wiped the accessories I put on myself, considering that they were definitely not polished after the dishwasher. The restaurant itself is also a bit of a mix in terms of design. For a moment it seems that you are in the compartment of an old train and then there are the different fabrics along the walls... well, an uncomfortable place.
