An extremely weak restaurant, the stew was a C, because there was more meat and mushrooms than broth and lentils. The roast, which I precisely and clearly asked for, was not brought at all. In addition to all this, food was brought for a very long time, about 50 minutes for one stew. The atmosphere of the restaurant was weak and it felt like it was a cafeteria and not a normal restaurant. Also the prices were quite high for the food, which again was not restaurant level, although the restaurant itself did not reach that level. We didn’t postpone our planned trip to Vyborg, despite the 20-degree frost, and, after walking for a couple of hours in the park and the old town, we went to “Medved” for lunch. We read the reviews and had a rough idea of what to expect. December, Tuesday, day, respectively - a minimum of visitors, so we were given enough attention. We immediately warmed up with hot mulled wine, then a salad, and hot dishes were brought to everyone at the same time. Reviews complained about the small portions, which is surprising since we got both decent sized beef steak and pork chop. There was also enough side dish, at least more than in many St. Petersburg establishments. The surroundings, indeed, as they say in the reviews, are reminiscent of the 90s, but this is more likely to have fun than to cause negativity.
