Je me faisais une joie de terminer mon séjour dans un restaurant haut de gamme je suis très déçue nourriture sèche, froide très médiocre on est 2 sur 5 à être déçus du plat quand est arrivé le dessert une misère on a abandonné et nous nous en sommes passés.

This hotel restaurant took ages to even give us menus. I eventually had to walk up and ask for menus. Then they again took ages to take our order so I had to get up to ask for it to be taken. About 5 minutes after that, someone came over to take our order again, not realizing it was already handled. I asked for a dessert specifically for my daughter and they brought cutlery for myself and my wife only, not my daughter. Unprofessional table service. It was obvious that they were deliberately playing a game with us at that point and providing terrible customer service. We were hotel guests.
