Been a regular for years and over the last few months there’s been a clear deterioration in service. Store listed to close at 9pm on Google and have always known this from past orders. I called to make an order for collection. Person on the phone answers without even a hello and just says “we’re closed”. When I ask to say that Google indicates you close at 9pm and that it’s 8:20pm, he rudely answered again “we’re closed” and then proceeded to put the phone down on me. Why even bother answering the phone if you’re closed only to lack customer service? I’ve never known Rejoice staff to be rude. But evidently since the mass staff changeover, the service and at times, quality of food, has been hugely impacted. Service: 1

Really upsetting! Normally order sushi from here and enjoy it, however this time around when I got home and ate, there was a “different” taste to the sushi, however didn’t think much of it and continued eating just for me to wake up at 2am sick as a dog! My doctor confirmed that I have food poisoning. We can never prove where it came from however I was perfectly fine before eating the food from this establishment. Yes, people are allowed to make mistakes, however this is a BIG and potentially life threatening mistake to make for a restaurant as well as with raw fish.
